[Well shit. Akira didn't realize he'd be out for three days when he went to the Dream Dock. After he recovers a bit from the disorientation of waking up from a "dream" that felt four months long, Haru comes to mind. She's still dealing with the loss of Futaba, too...

Well, his name should've still been in the CPU, so she probably noticed he didn't actually leave, right? That doesn't mean she wouldn't still be worried about him, though. He could use some company right now, anyway, so--]

[Haru had been dealing with situations in her own way, namely going after a bounty who had the name, Joker. When she hadn't been doing the bounty she had been at home having those little reminders that someone had been living her until that point.

It was such a strange feeling. More so when hadn't seen or heard from Akira as well. She didn't think to check her device, she had just assumed. It would seem logical after all.

However, when the text finally came through, she was honestly more than a little surprised. It was a good few minutes before she replied.]

Ah, yes. I don't have work today so I am free all day.

[And her response is just as casual. Huh. Should he be scared? Probably. During the few minutes he was waiting for her response, Akira was reminding himself of the decent restaurants within a reasonable distance from the Dream Dock. Surprise, when you don't eat or drink anything for three days it leaves you famished, and he definitely doesn't have the energy to go home and cook right now.]

Cool. Wanna grab a bite to eat with me? There's a really good Italian restaurant on Pine and 18th in Genessia. I'll pay for everything.

[She had many questions, one was mostly where he was during the past three days. With Futaba no longer around it had become a little lonely where she was. It did, however, make her consider potentially moving so that she was closer to work. it would probably be a good idea regardless. It wasn't long before she replied.]

I would like that very much. It might take me a while, it does make me consider moving to Genessia though.

[She paused for a moment, she wanted to add a question to the end of this. She really wanted to ask where he had been, why he had gone... So many questions, but she wondered if maybe they were going to talk about that in person. That would be better, right? So instead of the obvious question she adds something else.]

[Haru is as sharp as ever. Yes, she'll get all the answers she wants when they meet in person. That last sentence makes Akira smile at his device a bit.]
